Returns

Returns are processed at your own expense unless the item is defective or if there has been an error on our part. Please send returns via standard post or courier, as we do not accept cash-on-delivery returns or collect items from post offices. We also do not collect items sent as recommended packages or letters.

In line with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), you are entitled to return goods within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. To initiate a return, please contact us within this period. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and with all tags and labels intact.

If the returned item shows excessive use or handling that diminishes its resale value, we may deduct an amount reflecting the depreciation of the item from the credit.

Damage in Transit Upon receipt, please inspect your package for any transport-related damage. If you notice damage when collecting a package from a courier or pick-up point, please report it to the courier immediately, then contact us by email or phone. If damage is discovered after unpacking and is due to mishandling by the delivery service, file a claim with them and notify us as well.

Tracking and Proof of Return You are responsible for ensuring that the returned item reaches us in full. Please retain a copy of your return receipt for proof of return and tracking purposes.

Exchanges

Alphapacks Holdings does not administer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive another item, please return the original item according to our return policy and place a new order for your desired item. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, and cash-on-delivery returns are not accepted.

All items returned must be in original condition, with all labels and packaging intact. If the item or packaging is altered, we may deduct an amount representing depreciation.

Refunds

Refunds are issued as credit to your Alphapacks Holdings account. We process credits as soon as possible, typically within 30 days of receiving the returned item. The item must be unused and returned with all original packaging and tags. You may inspect the item to ensure quality, but excessive handling may result in a deduction for depreciation.

When sending returns, you assume the risk of loss or damage during transit. Please ensure items are securely packed to avoid damage.
