Returns & exchange

We allow returns within 60 days of the purchase date. We are pleased to offer free returns through DHL Express and PostNord. Please note that any items purchased through one of our resellers should be returned directly to them.

Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Prepare the product you’re returning for shipment. The returned product(s) must be unused, with original packaging and tags still attached, and free of any signs of wear or fur. All components and accessories should be included. Please note that if these requirements are not met, we may only provide a partial refund, or no refund at all.
  2. Visit our return page and follow the outlined instructions:
    • Europe: Register your return
    • United States: Register your return
    • International (includes Norway, United Kingdom, Andorra, Switzerland, Canada): Register your return
  3. Place the return note received in step-2 inside the package. Securely pack the product in shipping-friendly packaging. 
  4. After sealing the package, attach the return label that we’ll send to you via email. If you’re reusing the original packaging, ensure the original shipping label is fully covered.
  5. Depending on the initial shipping method, drop the package off at the relevant location. For DHL Express parcels, use the nearest DHL drop-off point. For PostNord parcels, your local post office will do.
  6. Once your return has been registered and approved, we’ll send you a confirmation email.
  7. We will refund you as soon as possible, within 30 days of us receiving your returned item. If you don’t receive your refund within this timeframe, please reach out to our Customer service team for assistance.

If one item in your order does not fit, you only need to return that specific item. The items that fit you can keep and enjoy. To initiate the return for the item that doesn’t fit, simply follow the instructions on how to return.

If the item you ordered doesn’t fit, you can return it, but the free gift is yours to keep. Just follow the instruction on our return page to process your return.

Yes, you can return additional items from an older order as long as you are within the 60-days return time frame.
